The satisfaction of our customers is our priority.

Products purchased on apm.mc may be exchanged or returned online or to one of our APM Monaco boutiques, up to 30 days from the delivery date.*

 Please note that shipping and bank handling fees from your original order will not be refunded.

OPTION 1 - ONLINE EXCHANGE AND RETURN

If you want to exchange or return your jewelry online, scan the QR code below or visit the link www.apm.mc/apps/returns.

 Exchange is free of charge. For return, fix shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


OPTION 2 - BOUTIQUE EXCHANGE AND RETURN 

If you want to exchange or return your jewelry in boutique, please visit directly one of our boutiques. Locate the closest boutique on our store locator page (www.apm.mc).

* We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging and tag. APM Monaco will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Products purchased in boutique can be exchanged but not refunded.
